Singer/actress HILARY DUFF is continuing her efforts to be a role model for kids around the world - the American star has been named a youth ambassador in the Colombian capital of Bogota. The 21-year-old budding philanthropist will be a guest of honour in the city next month (Aug09) when she'll receive the accolade from Mayor Samuel Moreno.
